Le Cassissium is a space made for tourists to discover the know-how of the liqueur producer “Védrenne”. This museum is open all around the year. Its main purpose is presenting the blackcurrant in all its forms through an interactive museum, a guided tour to the factory where the blackcurrant liqueur (crème de cassis) is produced and a tasting session at the end.
In December, January and February, Le Cassissium can be transformed for special events:

You want to organize a seminar or a party for the end of the year with partners? During winter, we can clear the place for you, for professional reunions (90 person max). We also offer cocktails and buffets (300 person max). A customised guided tour in the Vedrennes’s factory and a tasting session of our products could be also a part of the offer if you wish so.
You want to learn how to make cocktails? A professional barman will conduct a cocktail workshop for your groups, perfect/ideal for gathering and teambuilding.
We work with a selection of catering services and restaurants in order to provide you with the best Burgundian dishes, for an ideal lunch or dinner here at the Cassissium. All these dishes are served with Vin de Bourgogne (the wine of Burgundy) or with Champagne.
